Our first edition of the Libraries of Hope/Well-Educated Heart Newsletter, "Heart Matters," is hot off the virtual presses! You can sign up to receive the newsletter in your email as soon as it's available by subscribing on the Home page or the About page. If you are already signed up but did not receive an email, check your spam box and make sure to mark us as "Safe" so you can receive future emails. If you still can't find it, contact us and we'll see what we can find out.
If you weren't signed up before the first edition went out, fear not. All newsletters will be archived in the website (you can find the link under the "About" category, titled "Newsletter." Clever, I know.) You will also find the latest edition directly linked in the app. Here is the first edition for easy reference. Enjoy!

Some of you monthly subscribers may have gotten emails this week from stamps.com saying Brent Peterson has sent you a package. That's from us, it's your monthly order! We still aren't sure how useful the tracking info will be, but at least now you'll know when your order has shipped. And the monthly subscriptions at least should all be in one package now!
We've only started transitioning to the new print company, so not everyone with a monthly subscription will receive from them this month. But we hope to be fully transitioned in the next month or two, and you'll be able to receive tracking information on all orders at that time! The new Month 6 books are in the store:
Our Little Norman, Frankish, Saxon and Carthiginian Cousins. A look at life in long ago days. In My Youth, the autobiography of James Baldwin who was a prolific writer of children's books in the Golden Age of Children's Literature. It is the sweet story of a Quaker boy growing up in rural Indiana in the mid 19th century. Famous Men of the Middle Ages and Modern Times--the last two books of the popular Famous Men series by Haaren and Poland. My America Story Book: 6 A New Nation It includes Eva March Tappan's Story of Our Constitution--very relevant to today. Here is a link to our store or they can be viewed on our Forgotten Classics page. We also want to apologize to those who have still not received Month 5 books. They should still be on the way and will hopefully arrive soon. We don't anticipate a repeat of this problem for Month 6 books, but please be patient with us as we are transitioning to a new publisher. |
